Charles Curtis Betts, 54, formerly of Blytheville, sadly passed away July 12, 2024, at the Medical City Hospital in Denton, Texas. He was born Jan. 22, 1970, to the late Robert Lee Betts and the late Carrie Brown in Blytheville. Charles was of the Christian faith and worked as the safety and health director for Nucor in Frisco, Texas, and was the husband of Yolanda Betts.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Robin Bobo and Paula Turner.

Charles leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Yolanda Betts of Frisco, Texas; five daughters, Jasmine Betts, Alexis Betts, both of Frisco, Texas, Brookia Sanders of Little Rock, Aneisha Betts and Dominique Betts, also of Frisco, Texas; one brother, Tony Lee Betts of Blytheville; and three sisters, Pamela Betts, Judy Ann Betts Bennett, both of Blytheville, and Katrina Teletha Betts of Oklahoma City, Okla.; as well as three grandchildren.

Services will be held Saturday, July 20, at the First M.B. Church in Blytheville, with the visitation from 1-2 p.m. and the funeral to follow at 2 p.m. with pastor Larry Bradford officiating.

Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville will be in charge of the arrangements.
