German Hopkins

German Hopkins born was Jan. 25, 2023, at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville, to Tawanda Palmore and Gerald Hopkins Jr. Baby German went home with his heavenly father on July 6, 2024, at the tender age of 17 months, at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Verlene Stancle and John Palmore, and his paternal grandmother, Fannie Smith.

Baby German leaves to cherish his memories his parents, Gerald Hopkins Jr. and Tawanda Palmore; his siblings, (twin brother) Germoni Hopkins, J’Mir Colley, J’Mari Colley, A’Mauris Palmore, Ky’Rice Palmore, Xavien Palmore, A’Kira Hopkins, Alexi Hopkins and Alyssa Hopkins; his grandfathers, Gerald Hopkins Sr. and Randy Stancle, all of Blytheville. He also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 20, from 12:00-12:55 p.m., funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. at New Mt. Olive Church in Blytheville. Interment will be at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette.
