Lewis Lee Miles

Lewis Lee Miles, 70, passed away June 25, 2024, at the UK Hospital in Kansas City, Kan. He was born Sept. 2, 1953, to the late Jessie Miles and the late Louise Arnold in Blytheville. Lewis worked as a city bus driver and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents, Jessie Miles and Louise Arnold, Lewis was preceded in death by one sister, Deloris Miles.

He leaves to cherish his memory to his wife, Alma Jean Miles of Texarkana, Ark.; four sons, Jerome Miles of Oklahoma City, Okla., Lewis Lee Miles Jr. of Blytheville, Mike Robinson of Madison Wis., and Lamont Miles of Houston, Texas; two sisters, Dorothy Daniels of Blytheville and Mary Williams, also of Blytheville; as well as one granddaughter, Lyjya Miles of Atlanta, Ga., and two grandsons, Devin Miles and Da’Shawn Miles, both of Oklahoma City, Okla.

Services for Lewis Miles will be held July 13, from 12 noon to 2 p.m. at the First M.B. Church in Dell with the funeral to follow at 2 p.m. Apostle Larry Bradford will be officiating.

Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville will be in charge of the arrangements.
