Dorothy Ann Baker
Dorothy Ann Baker, 74, of Osceola, died Oct. 5, 2020, at her home. She was retired from Baptist Hospital, a homemaker, a member of Bethlehem MB Church and Motherboard. Mrs. Baker was born May 19, 1946, in Osceola, to Robert Richard and Sadie Woods Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother Calvin Williams; four sisters, Jessie Mae Johnson, Elizabeth Williams, Roberta Conners and Linda Mitchell.
She is survived by her husband, Tommy Baker of Osceola; four sons, Tommy Leroy Baker and Terry (Doris) Baker of Osceola, Mark (Timberly) Baker of Marion and Jerome Wilson Baker of Little Rock; five daughters, Valerie (Roy) Davis of Cambridge, Md., JoAnne (Stanley) Baker-Hines of Cahokia, Ill., Betty (Hubert) Morine of Texarkana, Donzia Acha of Allen, Texas, and Cassandra (Vincent) Fulton of Belleville, Ill.; two brothers, Robert Williams of Forrest City and Clarence Williams of Cahokia, Ill.; one sister, Willie Merritt of Centerville, Ill.; 26 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday, Oct. 10, from 12-2 p.m. with the funeral at 2 p.m. at Bethlehem MB Church in Osceola. Burial will be at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola with Dr. Moses Black, officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge.
