Elmira Kate Sledge

Elmira Kate Sledge, 53, of Blytheville, died Monday, Sept. 9, 2013, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born Oct. 25, 1959, in Madisonville, she was a homemaker and a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Sledge and Judith Brown Campbell; a sister, Mary Sue Flowers; and a grandson, Timothy Dewayne Aldridge Jr.

Ms. Sledge leaves one daughter, Jennifer Sledge of Blytheville;

One sister, Cathy Moore of Blytheville;

Two brothers, Bobby Sledge and Larry Sledge of Blytheville; and

One granddaughter, Kaylie Aldridge of Blytheville.

Graveside funeral services, officiated by Bro. Billy Hardesty, will be held at Memory Gardens at 4 p.m. Friday.
