Leachville Harvest Festival and car show held

The Leachville Harvest Festival and car show was held on Saturday, Sept. 4 at the Leachville Park. Paula Bowen was chairman of the festival. Mike Burrier and the Cave Dwellers hosted the car show. All proceeds from the car show went to the Paragould Children's Home.

Several Bands entertained at the bandstand throughout the day.

Food booths were popular at the Leachville Harvest Festival.

Games included dart throw, horse shoe tournaments, and much more at the Leachville Harvest Festival.

Roger Wagner (right) of Jonesboro won the People's Choice with his 1932 Ford Coupe. Mike Burrier presented him with the People's Choice Trophy.

Cars, trucks, and antique fire engines were on display at the 2010 Leachville Harvest Festival Car Show.

This 1954 Chevorlet pick-up was purchased new by Levi Walton of Black Oak and has remained in the Walton Family for over 50 years.
