Leachville's 2009 Watermelon Festival was held Saturday, Aug. 1, on Main Street of Leachville. An added attaction this year was an antique car show and activities at Adams Land Co. to benefit the Veterans Memorial Park which will be located on Main Street in Leachville.

Entertainment was held at the bandstand throughout the day.

Over 20 booths lined Main Street in Leachville during the Watermelon Festival.

The Rock Wall was a popular event at Adams Land Co. during the Watermelon Festival.

Cars of all ages and colors were on display at Adams Land Co. The car show benefited the Buffalo Island Veterans Memorial Park project.

It was a step back to the good old days as visitors viewed the antique cars and trucks at the Buffalo Island Veterans Memorial Park car show at Adams Land Co. during the Watermelon Festival.
