A ribbon cutting and open house was held at Riverside East Elementary on Tuesday, May 17.

Riverside doors were open to the public giving everyone the opportunity to tour the new school building.

A ribbon cutting and open house for Riverside East Elementary was held Tuesday, May 17, with Principal Brandi Wallace and Superintendent Tommy Knight cutting the ribbon. Others pictured include High School Principal Jeff Priest, Craighead County Judge Ed Hill, Gaylon Tate, president of Tate Construction, Mark Cahoon, architect, Board President Greg Douglas, Caraway Mayor Barry Riley, State Representative Dan Sullivan, Tracey Haas, high school teacher, Board members Mike Brown and Rick Austin.
