BIC EAST students hosted a Veterans' Day program on Monday. James Butler, a World War II veterans was the first to be named to the newly organized BIC Hall of Fame. Rep. Dave Wallace was the guest speaker.

James Butler, World War II veteran, received a plaque and was named the founding member of the newly organized BIC Veteran Hall of Fame.
