Veterans Benefit Seminar held in Manila

A large crowd gathered on Thursday, March 19, for an informative seminar for veterans and spouses.

Manila Mayor Wayne Wagner welcomes veterans and guests.
Among the guest speakers was County Judge Randy Carney who welcomed everyone to Mississippi County.
Informative booths were set up to assist veterans and spouses on learning of the benefits available.
Guests enjoy the day at the Manila Airport Center.

State Rep. Dave Wallace, a veteran, was among the guest speakers for the day.
Ray Dill of Manila, a veteran, led the crowd in the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag.
Judy Hampton sang the National Anthem.
Master of Ceremonies Tim Sandusky introduced the guest speakers and providers.
Tim Sandusky served as Master of Ceremonies and was part of the committee organizing the event.
Providers were on hand to talk to veterans and share information on benefits.

The Veterans Van Vet Center was in Manila for the day.

Lunch was provided for the veterans, spouses and guests.
