City officials start the new year

Swearing in ceremonies were held in Manila and Leachville conducted by Justice of the Peace Michael White. Mayors, councilmen and clerks from Craighead County cities including Black Oak, Monette, Lake City, Caraway, Bay and Black Oak gathered at Black Oak for swearing in ceremonies conducted by Craighead County Judge Ed Hill.
